2. Service Fees

  • Our service fees are non-refundable once a request has been processed or completed.

  • These fees cover consultation, processing, and customer support services provided by our team.

  • All applicable fees are clearly communicated before confirmation.

3. Supplier (Airline / Cruise Line) Refunds

  • Refund eligibility depends entirely on the airline or cruise line’s fare rules and policies.

  • Some bookings may be:

    • Non-refundable

    • Partially refundable

    • Eligible for travel credits instead of cash refunds

We assist customers in submitting refund requests but do not control approval decisions made by the travel supplier.

4. Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our support team.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on:

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds from airlines or cruise providers may take 7–30 business days or longer, depending on the supplier.

  • If a customer fails to travel without prior cancellation (“no-show”), refunds may not be available, depending on the supplier’s policy.

7. Changes Instead of Refunds

In some cases, customers may be offered:

  • Alternative bookings

These options are subject to supplier policies.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback.

  • Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in service restrictions.
